Digital Products (Books & PDFs)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable products (including eBooks and PDF files) are final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery of the digital content. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which provides that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g., corrupted file, failed delivery), please contact us within 14 days of purchase at booksandpdfs@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical Products (if applicable in the future)

If you purchase a physical product from our store, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
